Ryan Wise

Ryan is a principal consultant at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and is a qualified social worker of 10 years. He was previously curriculum and practice lead for the Department for Education funded Pathways Programme, the national leadership programme for children’s social care in England, and before this role was an academic tutor teaching masters students for four years. Ryan has previously held managerial roles at the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) and is director of the community interest company, Crescendo, which he founded to support local authorities to reduce bureaucracy and improve leadership skills through the lens of innovation. Ryan has also been an external examiner for the University of Dundee for three years, offering objective input into curriculum design and assessment.
