Introduction
Section 13 was repealed by the Children and Social Work Act 2017. It made provision for local safeguarding children boards which have now been abolished. The Working Together statutory guidance instead provides for the three safeguarding partners (local authority, integrated bare boards and the police) to co-ordinate safeguarding services.
